Make the most of your student’s Seizure Action Plan by working together with your school and school nurse. Now more than ever, as school settings and schedules are different, it is important to have a Seizure Action Plan in place for whomever your child is with during the school day – especially if they are not familiar with your child.

A Seizure Action Plan helps teachers, health care providers, school staff, friends and caregivers know what to do if your child has a seizure. Unique to your child and their seizures – a Seizure Action Plan can ensure that everyone is working together for the safety of your child.

Join us for a Facebook Live on October 14, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. ET to learn about Seizure Action Plans, how to fill one out, where they are used, and more. Hear and learn from both a parent and a school nurse. Bring your questions about Seizure Action Plans as well so we can give you the answers you need!
