She just drops out of nowhere, could be watching a movie and giggling, flapping, enjoying herself. We always make sure she is fed, washed, enough exercise, enough sleep. I understand her autism could play a role in stress related seizures especially when there is self injury involved such as her severe head punching or head banging, but sometimes it doesn't make any sense! Then all of a sudden she just seizes, could be small ones, could be a whole group of them one after another after another, or could be a bigger seizure. That is only one example, there are a ton of situations where the seizures just come out of left field it seems. I'm completely confused and don't understand what could be triggering them? Can seizures happen like this? Can they be unexpected and literally out of left field for no apparent reason?
