I am 30 years old now, but when i was 12 i had brain surgery. I am now attending college - specifically film school. Unfortunately I am having a hard time paying my tuition even with standard financial aid. I am curious to know if there is scholarships available for people in my situation. I had a veinous angioma. One seizure before the surgery, and one immediately following the surgery. Besides the headaches, I have been fine for the last 18 years.
Any information would be very appreciated

By anonym Oct 20, 2010 at 02:21pmYes, there are scholarships for people with epilepsy attending school. If there is an Epilepsy Foundation affiliate in your area, contact them for local ones.
