I was thirteen... doctors said it was hormones that kicked in my epilepsy! Because until that day I never expierience anything like it! I was at recreation center when I had my first attack... My right hand twitched out of control and I couldnt yell for help, it felt like something took complete control of my body... I was terrified.... The next thing I knew I was in back of a anbulance truck getting off at the hospital watching my parents in tears... Nobody knew why, what was happening to me! Doctors thought I was diabetic, I remember for a month it was nothing but twix and snickers everytime I felt a BIT UNUSUAL.... =) shortly after though I had another attack, this time they tested me with EEG and CAT Scans...then diagnosed with epilepsy! Had Several seizures but been able to control them with medications! & Fortunately I've been SEIZURE FREE for the past 8 months! =)
