Hi, I just had surgery two weeks ago, I am still recovering & am having alot of headaches, worse than when I was in the hospital, I am taking the required/suggested amount allowed to take to help w/ the pain.  The pain killers are supposed to last four hrs but they only last 2 1/2 hrs maximum, the doctors said to follow the instructions.  I am conteplating taking them when the pain start again but the provided medication don't have an allowance for refills. I've never felt pain like this, it hurts so bad that am in tears, friends & family all state they believe I'm having migraines.  I've never had migrane headaches before, the pain level for my headaches when asked average at an 8 after two hrs after taking the suggested meds.  I urrently look like Mike Tyson just beat the hell out of me (I am currently swollen on left side of my head & face & have a black eye).  My wife, mother & doctor all agreed that I have high pain tolerence prior to my surgery but obviously not now.  What I would like is suggestions from someobody who has had the surgery & what I can do & how long will this problem/issue last for them please reply ASAP.  Thanks!
