Possible epilepsy symptoms? Simple partial seizure?

I'm a 21-year-old college student and just considered that these seldom "spells" I've been having for several years are possibly mild seizures. Here is a description of what happens:

-The onset of the symptoms comes as gradually as a rush to the head but not terribly instant. (NOTE: There is no rush to the head.)

-I only notice when it starts if I'm moving around slightly or if things around me are moving. So it almost always happens immediately after being both awake but not moving for an extended period of time (maybe 5-10 minutes).

-When I do start moving ever so slightly or when things start moving around me it feels as if everything is much faster and harsher and heavier and louder than I know and consiously perceive it is at the time. For example, if someone is walking by, it will feel like they're moving at the speed of a raging vortex. And it oddly DOES feel like a vortex - like things are spinning but I can see they are not. This is just the same if I am moving.

-During this time, all of my five senses are intact and working normally. Even complex tasks are possible. This just happened to me at the library where I work and I was able to continue working. Speech is not impaired though it DOES feel like I'm being harsh and loud when I say anything, but I know I'm not. All symptoms are still at high intensity.

-These spells last for about 5-10 minutes and are then often followed by absent-mindedness.

-In few instances, I've been able to counter the symptoms by moving my eyes around a lot, controlling my focus on a single moving object, or just sitting/laying still. Though in almost all instances, there is nothing I can do about it.

-I've been having these spells since I was a small child - nearly as long as I remember.

The abnormality may be seen on a special MRI at a University that specializes w/ Seizures or an EEG  without having a seizure.  Sometimes if you have a seizure that would be great but it is not necessary.  It varies from patient to patient.

I have an abnormal MRI.  My EEG is continuously abnormal but that is because I have had 2 surgeries.  When I have a complex-partial seizure it shows the abnormal focus.  Each individual shows their signature on the EEG machine.  Sometimes the patient will have a  continual focus   and the doctor will discuss the case and discuss what needs to be done next for the patient.

Just another thing to add:

-These spells happen at a frequency of every few months, sometimes only once a year. Though I'm sure it's possible it could be happening while I'm asleep as well.
