I wondered if anyone had this problem. I was with my ex for 3 years and he would remind me to take my meds so it wasn't a big deal. Now that I've started dating again, it's strange. I take my PM meds at 8:30 and I take 9 pills. It's kind of hard to do it discreetly and I don't want to explain the purpose for the meds. Any ideas?

I suggest that you find a small container that can fit easily into a pocket. As you get ready to go out, put your pills in this, then in that pocket. When it is close to time to take your medicine, excuse yourself and take them in the bathroom with a handfull or two of tap water. This is how I've dealt with taking my meds discreetly during those times while I am, at the time I need them, in public.
