I hope your all doing well !!!!!!!!!!

My Step Sister is nearing Year 1 in School and I'm very concerned about the way my Dad and Step Sister's Mother are treating her, for example Dad and Sister came around today and Sis was very sooky or tired it was hot last night but Dad carried her inside like a 6 month old and was making her all nervous by letting her be that shy of us and he wouldn't put her down and then when he did put her down, he nursed her on the lounge and was playing ring around the rosy and bouncing her up and down.

Anyway Sis was here for about an hour and she didn't even talk to us or look at us, Mum * My Grandmother, I call her Mum *, Aunty and I, until about 10 minutes before they went to leave to go home.

When she did talk it was like she was a baby again, repeating words "rather, is the main word she repeats" and talking in short 5 word sentences and saying the same things she always does when she is around us like her teddy bears names, lets play hide and seek. Also she drags the words out like instead of saying Rather as one word, it would be like Ra ther.

She is currently on Clobazam, Tegretol and Epilim and her moods seem to go from introverted to crazy, the other night Dad was saying that she was screaming her head off and wouldn't stop, she jumped up on the kitchen table and was kicking the wall in their bedroom. She was also up one night all night talking to her teddy bears.

I know that medication would have a lot to do with the moods she has but what about babying your child and always giving into them.

Sometimes I even wonder if my Sis is having turns at all because as soon as she is away from her Mummy and Daddy it's like she is a diffferent kid and there is no sign of a seizure.

In the end, Could it all just be behavour and they way they treat her ??????????

Does anyone have any similar stories to mine ?

I feel really sad when my Sister does come around, it's like she forgets who we are and they are trying to protect her, even from from her own Family.

Also .......... My Sister seems to have turns when her Mum nags her, gets her upset or when she's in the shower with her Mum, as she does everyday. Pretty much when she is uncomfortable !!!! Hmmmm, What do you think ?
