TAKE CONTROL TODAYThe usual starting dose in adults is 60 mg/day, with additional 30-mg increases every 2-4 weeks to a target dose of 90-120 mg/day, or higher if clinically tolerated.
The usual dose for children is 1 to 6 mg per kilogram (2.2 pounds) of body weight per day.
