My Epilepsy Diary on the Web User Guide

Go here to download the My Epilepsy Diary User Guide. (2.6Mb PDF) It should answer any questions you have. However, if there is anything you need help with that you can't find in here, please don't hesitate to email the webmaster at webmaster@epilepsytherapyproject.org.

Follow this link with your iPhone or iPod touch. This information is available within the diary application on either device by just tapping on the Help button at the bottom of your screen while you are viewing your diary for the week.

Help transferring data from the old diary

If you are a member of our community who had a diary before this new version, please be sure to review and edit your seizure and medicine information. Although most of your previous diary information was transitioned into the new diary, each field did not match 100%. Therefore we need you to review the information and be sure that it is correct.

If you are a member of our community who would still like to access your old seizure diary, please contact the webmaster for directions on how to do this. The old diary will be available until 9/22/2011 at which time it will be discontinued.
