The epilepsy.com Chat Room is a virtual room where people can communicate in real-time to catch up with old friends and meet new ones. The Chat Room can be found in the "My.epilepsy.com Community" section of the website.

To use the Chat Room, you must be a logged-in member of epilepsy.com. Once logged in, simply click on the "Chat Room" link to enter the rooms and begin chatting with friends. Once inside, join EpiTalk to chat about epilepsy or related issues, or the Corner Booth to exchange greetings, kick back and relax!

The main tools to use the chat are located at the bottom of the window. There you will see a series of icons - you can roll your mouse over each to see a description of what they do, including creating sounds, adding smiley faces, and floating the chat in a new window!
