I am dealing and have delt with the same issues as you, for all of my 66 years. Do not hide, force yourself to exercise, force yourself to tie memories and names to sonething. It is not going to be easy. Physically you are as normal as the personson hard of hearing, or wearinf glasses. Challange yourself and reward and be proud of each case that you are able to remember and wprk harder on those you forget. It is frustrating and sometimes embarasing, but let those around you know your issue. Everyone has an issue or two to live with. We as epileptics are not alone. Please read my blog "66years with epilepsy, and if you think that we can help your situation by blogging, let's do that. You have a lot of live ahead, please take a positive mental attitude with you the rest of your life, is we do nor "blog" again
