Epilepsy.com is hard at work finding ways to bring you new features and functionality. Below is a list of some of the projects we are working on right now.

This feature will help patients with epilepsy learn about the ways over-the-counter medications, dietary factors, and other drugs can interact with the antiepileptic drug (AED) they are taking.

These drug information sheets will provide comprehensive and detailed information on each available antiepileptic drug. Each sheet will contain information about the drug, its purpose, how it works in the body, etc. Visitors will be able to download these sheets to take with them to their doctor or just as written material they can use as a reference.

This tool allows users to personalize and track moods, seizure events, daily medications, supplements and dosages, doctors appointments, and to record notes for each day. This information can then be printed, emailed, or accessed via the calendar interface at any time.

Currently the 'What is a Seizure' animation only animates two of seven seizure types: Tonic-clonic and Complex partial. Epilepsy.com is animating the remaining five seizures for use on the website and also for distribution on CD-ROM. These CD's will be sold through the website, distributed as educational materials, and offered as giveaways at conferences.
