Unfortunately, most people with epilepsy face discrimination and misunderstanding, whether or not their seizures have been successfully treated, due to old stigmas about epilepsy. These stigmas are unfounded and hide the fact that many people with epilepsy have remarkable abilities, as shown by these pictures.
