Take control of your epilepsy and seizures. Seizure management has never been easier.
TAKE CONTROL TODAYHi, my 16 yr old daughter has just been diagnosed with E, after have 2 seizures where her arms start jerking behind her and head jerking. I'm new to this and scared out of my mind. I'm trying to learn all that I can so I know more about Epilepsy. I have read that seizures can come on from some kind of head injury which my daughter has not had. Now I have a question that maybe someone might know. When I was 8yrs old, I was in a terrible car accident and ended up developing E that only lasted a yr or so due to injury to my head. By any chance do you think it would be possible that by me having it for that period of time I could have passed that on to her?
