Hi everybody,

It appears that I am perimenpausal (47 years old) with night sweats, hot flashes, essentially if you can think of it, I have it. I am also on Carbatrol (2000 mg.) I am controlled to a point (1 to 2 complexs and 3 simples a year).

I need some advice...What are women using to control the perimenpansal syptoms, if you are on carbatrol or tegretol?

Hormones, natural hormones, vitimins, food -- why type and the amount?
