Sassy,
Months after my RFL surgery while I was being weaned off Lyrica and Lexapro I'd get twitching in my legs at night while trying to fall asleep. Thought maybe I had restless leg syndrome or ??? I didn't contact the doctor, thought I'd give it a few weeks until I was off my meds. I think it was the medication withdrawl because I don't feel it anymore. Never had any dizziness but was always careful not to over do it. If you experience it throughout the day/night and are actually jerking, I'd call my neuro just to check it out; can't hurt any, that's what they're there for.
Best Regards, Wendy
Hi Wendy
I have jerking in my arms and leges. I have tremors in my brain. I am on mysoline for it. Sinc you are having twitching in your legs, you should see your neuologist and ask him/her about it.

Hi SassyM.
I have not had surgery yet, but will be having Left Temporal Lobe surgery on November 4th. If you want me to, I can let you know how I feel afterwards. I hope everything went well!

hi Sassy
I have a problem with jerking. Mine has nothing to do with surgery.
I started jerking and having tremors. My neurologist told me that they are
seizures. He put me on mysoline. It has stopped my jerking and tremors.
I do not know how it is related to your surgery. I recommend you ask
your neurologist if the jerking increased your seizure activity. Also ask
him/her if you need medicine for it.
