worried about my 6 month old baby choking after a siezure at night

My 6 month old baby had a Grand Mal/Tonic Clonic siezure yesterday where she fitted and lost consciousness. The doctor said she would have to have another siezure to diagnose her and have her referered, but given family medical history, he said it was likley she has epilepsy.  I had just moved her out of our room at night but moved her back in to sleep with us as I am worried she will have a siezure whilst sleeping and choke(She vommited when she regained consciousness) Do other parents sleep with their babies in their rooms for the same reason...or am I being overly concerned. Is there a risk that she could choke? I haven't let her out of my sight since the episode, but with 2 other small children running around it's hard to keep the room quiet for her to sleep in the day and I wouldn't hear her on a normal baby monitor. Do other parents of babies let them out of their sight? Will she be attached to me forever?are there monitors that can detect babies haveing a siezure, like the ones that detect when they aren't breathing?

Most people think of ultrasound (also called ultrasonography) as a way of looking at babies before they're born. It also is used to diagnose medical and neurological disorders.
