What happened to me

Mon, 05/15/2017 - 23:41
I have a history of epilepsy. Only at night on the right side of my brain in the frontal lobe. But the nature of the seizure I had 2 nights ago was very unusual. I woke up with injuries on my face. A gash on my forehead and an open wound on my nose and lip. What happend to me. All my roommate told me was that I had 2 siezures in 2 different places in my room. One the bed and one on the floor in my room. Both in the same night.

sounds like you maybe had

sounds like you maybe had something bigger like a tonic clonic. small/localized seizures can spread and become seizures that affect the whole brain, call your doc and see if you can do anything before getting in to see the doc - blood tests showing your medication levels, if you have an infection, double checking if some other drug you started to take messes with your epilepsy meds (over the counter drugs and hormonal birth control are some possibilities), if you've been under increased stress and maybe could adjust your dose, or something else. get your friends info on first aid for seizures, get good sleep and mitigate stress where possible, avoid recreational drugs, etc...
