Hello everyone, I would really appreciate some help and guidance I am 25 y.o and 13 weeks 3 days pregnant My epilepsy was diagnosed at 18 where I had a few grand-map seizures all which have been linked to strobes or rapid movements like rollercoasters. The pregnancy for the moment is very tough as I have been diagnosed with HG (basically you get sick so many times a day and can't keep any food or water down) With that my gyno prescribed me a medicine but advised me to check with my neurologist on how to proceed This morning I spoke to my neurologist and he told me that on all accounts I have to stop taking keppra as it's harmful for baby (I am on 750mg per day and have been seizure free for 3+ years) My worry is now to live with HG, lessen the kepra whilst my body it totally out of routine. What would you do?
