On sodium Valporate and want to get pregnant

Hey everyone. i am new to this forum. i need to discuss an issue. i was valporate(500mg) and lamitrogine (200mg) for 10 years and i did not have a single seizure. but then i got married and wanted to conceive a baby. Since valporate is not advised in pregnancy, my doctor tried shifting me to keppra but i started having seizures and i had to suffer very bad injuries as well. therefore, my doctor switched me back to valporate and lamitrogine. But now with the same dosage that had controlled my seizures for 10 years, i was still having seizures. so my doctor increased the valporate dosage to 750 mg. now i want to get pregnant and start a family. what should i do?

My seizures started when I started my period, they were pretty controlled with meds. Then I got married and wanted children. After having my 3 children I started having seizures every month with my minstrel cycle. Not a month went by without having a seizure. I also had seizures for other reasons too. (heat, light, stress,) and others. Since I have had a hysterectomy and now have night time seizures. Have you ever thought of a surrogate mother?
