Seizures and hormones

Hello, I am a 22 year old female and I have recently been diagnosed with epilepsy within the last 6 months. I started having seizures about a year and a half ago after sex. It didn't happen everytime but more when I had an extreme orgasm and about 2 months apart. When it first happened I didn't realize I had a seizure. It was a full grand Mal and I lost consciousness and didn't even recognize my boyfriend. I bite my tongue bad (can't eat for days), throw up afterwards, can't move, and have no memory for minutes. I started on keppra 1000MG and had to increase to 1500MG because I still had feeling of going to have one. I haven't had a seizure in 2 months but I always feel I am going to loose consciousness and have one. All of my eeg, CT scans, and mri's have come back normal. I have lived with chronic migraines for about 10 years or so. My Dr said I may not find out why I have seizures and most adult onset do not find out. Just wondering if anyone else is simular to my case. Also my last seizure happened in the shower. I have read that warm water on the head can trigger. Thanks!, Alyssa
