Polytherapy and pregnancy

I'm currently 6 weeks and on two drugs. Trileptal 600mg bidand topomax once a day 100mg. I have really been just been googling and googling reading all the awful things that can happen to my baby that I've wished for forever. I was wondering if anyone has done polytherapy of these two drugs in particular and had a healthy baby.

The thing you need to do is contact your neurologist and discuss this issue with them. They know the best medication a woman can use when wanting a family.
