Need Help

I was diagnosed with nocturnal epilepsy in February, but before that I had a sleeping problem called Hypnic Jerk, I never went to the doctors about it & just diagnosed myself by looking it up online. My current medication actually treats for something called Myoclonic Seizures, which is something very similar to hypnic jerk, and funnily enough my 'hypnic jerk' actually disappeared along with my nocturnal epilepsy causing me to think that they were actually myoclonic seizures instead. The last time I had a myoclonic seizure/ hypnic jerk was the night before I took my medicine, and then they completely disappeared, until last night. I'm really unsure whether it is a seizure or just a hypnic jerk. I take 2.5ml of Keppra once a day. Any answers?
