I would suggest yo ucall your neurologist and discuss this issue with him since he knows hormonial changes do affect seizure control. I would also suggest you check with him regarding the position you are in regarding cooking in a kitchen. Heat can trigger seizures in some people with epilepsy. I know I was being trained to be a roving chef when I had a seizure after going 3 years without one. I am speaking from my histoery but do talk to your neurologist.
