feeling alone

Sun, 12/06/2015 - 05:44
Hello my name is jess I'm 31 years old and have four children under 8. I was diagnosed 13 years ago and was only having absent seizures but a year ago I started having tonics and many other types. I can have up to 6 a day and then go a few days with nothing but feel like my head is constantly confused and forgetful. I am on two medicines for it. My question is how do other mother's cope? My oldest has autism and third childravet syndrome so she seizes hundreds of times a day. I feel so depressed after seizures so helpless and so alone. I sometimes feel like I will never improve and just want to give up. Looking to talk to others who feel the same or get some tips how to feel so alone and more normal. Thank you xx
