Concerned about my girlfriend

Tue, 05/24/2016 - 23:27
I'm concerned about the well-being of my girlfriend and needed some advice. She is 28 years old (Asian/Indian). When we started dating she had told me that she had fainted about 7 years ago and she was diagnosed with high brain electron waves, and ever since she has been taking Keppra 500mg Daily. Since she hasn't had an episode since, her doctor basically told her that it was probably not a seizure. Anyhow, a few days back I observed that we were having dinner at a restaurant and all of the sudden she started sticking her tongue out of her mouth back and forth for about 10 seconds or so. I asked her if she was ok but she didn't exactly respond and was a little spaced-out. This episode lasted for 15-20 seconds I would say. When I asked her what happened she told me that she just was feeling a bit restless. I asked her the same question the next day and she told me she drank coca-cola after a really long time and it almost made her throw up and thats why she was doing that. In either case I'm wondering if anyone knows if this was some sort of a seizure she experienced at the restaurant, and maybe she is unaware of these things. I would like to help her if that is the case, please share your thoughts. I love this woman and would like to do whatever is in my power.
