Catamenial epilepsy, Lamictal, PCOS, and birth control pills

I need advice. I was diagnosed with PCOS and get very irregular periods. I have catamenial epilepsy. So I cannot predict when I am going to have a seizure since I can't predict my periods. I am on Lamictal for my epilepsy. I can't go up any more doses for my week off. My PCOS is not controlled though. I'm switching from a 30 day BCP to a 90 day. Should I ask to go up on my Lamictal knowing that it will be too high on the week off? Last time it took until Sunday to get any overdose symptoms. Is there anything else that I can take on that off week that will help lower the Lamictal? On a rough period, when I was sleep deprived and upset, I had a simple partial, breaking my 5 month no seizure streak. I go in to see my neurologist at the end of next month
