What is more likely to cause me a seizure

Playing WoW (still at lv35) or seeing The Flash, Super girl, which special Effects are more likely to harm me.
I remember 2 years ago on BTTF event were they place it in the movies I had seizure after ending of the first movie.
Since I had one at dawn but yesterday I ate yoghurt with chocolate saw 3 episodes of Flash and went to sleep at 10.

Each person's triggers are different. You might find it beneficial to keep track of your seizures by using the Epilepsy Diary on this site. It may help you realize that, "The Flash" does cause them; or maybe it is chocolate, or the video game.
