Hello Austin. I was also diagnosed with JME about 5 years back and since then on Levera Pill, seizures reduced to less than 1%. My neurologist says that there would be no seizures at all if u take proper sleep and avoid excessive fatigue. I seriously suggest u to get early to bed, as my experiences also corroborate the fact that JMe has direct relation with sleep. One thing i would like to ask u that do u feel jerks while doing mathematics or playing chess?
