Hey I'm 14 and Ive had seizures since I was 5. It's become harder to deal with them since I turned 12. I've seizures weekly. Not bad ones but it's still annoying. No one understands. My parents, friends, doctors say they understan but they don't. Anyone else have this problem?

Hi i am 17 years old and I know what you are taking about. I have simple partial and partical complex seizures. I have been having seizures since i was 8 mounths old. I am in 11th grade. What you could think of the good reasons of having epilepsy. They are being a stronger, more brave, and learning how to enjoy borning places. Think of who you would be if you didn't have any seizures like for example would you know what to do in tough situations. Even though everyone thinks they know everything about epilepsy just because we do isn't right. Just enjoy your life the way it is. lets Keep in touch. take care

Thanks I'll keep that in mind. If I didn't have seizures I wouldn't be as tough. So thanks a lot.
