Epilepsy surgery girl

I am a girl named Ashley. I am 16 years old. I started having seizures in 8th grade and I am in the 11th grade. None of the seizures meds would work on me.So my doctor was telling me about the epilepsy surgery to help me stop having seizures. So I was thinking about me not having seizures anymore. So I decided to have the epilepsy surgery and get rid of where the seizres are coming from in my brain.I was in the hospital 2-3 weeks because I had to have 2 surgerys. Te first surgery was to put eeg on the brain to find where the seizures are coming from. They wanted me to have a seizure after the first surgery and I had a seizure the next day. They found the only spot they could take from my brain. The second surgery was to take out where most of the seizures are happing.I been out of the hospital for 2 or more weeks.I only take 1 medicine to be on the safe side. I wasn't at school for 2-4 weeks since the surgery.I don't know if I am going back to school when winter break is over. I stil have to let the swelling go down inside my brain and on my skin as well.I hope your day is good.
