calming down after a seizure.

Hi! So I have partial complex seizures. They begin with an my aura witch is a deja vu feeling. Then progress into me being totally separated from what's going on around me I get fleshes of feeling like memories. I get an intense sickness in my stomach and am really hot. I also stare off. After I'm tired, have a headache, and feel anxious. I have trouble coming down from the inthseity of the seizure and feeling better. Anyone have any tips on how they calm themselves down and not feel so sick and just overall horrible?

I have grand mall and how i calm myself down is listeing to music and watching a long movie until i all asleep. Also drink ginger ale if you feel sick

Usually after a grand mall seziure I fall asleep and the next day I don't remember anything maybe try to sleep right after one Allison
