Simple-complex seizures 1.5 years down the road after surgery

Tue, 04/19/2011 - 17:56
Can anyone tell me is it normal that after 15 months from surgery where for the first 15 months i have had no tonic clonic seizures and simple and complex partial seizures reduced by about 80%. In the 3-4 weeks i have noticed the amount of simple and complex partial seizures increasing a lot and more so the length of time of them is starting to go back to what they were like before surgery. It may only be a blip as well and something i will have to see over a extended period like 3-6 months. I have had two medication reductions of only 250mg each since surgery on keppra and tegretol not touched at all yet. Should i be considering upping my medication again or adopting a wait and see process over 3-6 months. Thanks Dave
