Rt and Lt temporal lobe surgery

Wed, 04/05/2006 - 23:30
I have intractable seizures, where the seizures have been tested and are coming from both sides of my brain. I am a candidate for surgery, but taking out a piece of my brain is not an option. There are tiny pinholes or dots covering my brain. If anyone has had this operation for the rt and lt side of the brain, knows anyone and how the outcome was regarding seizures(whether they have decreased or stopped completely) and their quality of life is better please let me know! Please let me know anymore information that may be helpful on this surgery.
