I'm starting the Modified Atkins Diet (MAD) today and it'd be extremely helpful if I could get some good recipes and ideas on foods that I could eat because I can't think of much even though I've looked at multiple websites. I'm somewhat of a picky person which is halfway why this is seeming harder. Like fish,uhm, no thank you. I'm trying to pre-plan days but I either can't get enough carbs or I go over in my plan. I have to have 20g of net carbs a day. Please help me.
