Since 4 years old to my 44

Since 4 years old to my 44 years I used to have Epilepsy and now I have been clean for 5 great years on May 30 I will be 5 years without any seizure nor aura. I used to have the Partial Complex Crisis, secondarily generalised TONIC- CLONIC.It' s been a long way to be RE-BORN, to be free for seizures and start from scratch...a RENAISSANSEMany times in my life I felt as many of you...alone my myself. Many people would say "you are not by yourself , you're not alone...You have us".In a certain sense peolpe are right  by saying it because the5y are willing to help us, to find a way to improve our life, to feel us better... but on the other hand, I agree with you peolpe because as much as they may have the necessary information ,the knowledge of this disease ,the medicine NO ONE CAN FEEL WHAT WE FEEL, nobody can understand HOW WE FEEL ....even...each one of us "people with Epilepsy" is a new chapter of Epilepsy with his/her own story, personal experiences and circumstances.Even though peopleCHIN UP...LIFE "s short, Be GRATEFUL for all the blessings you've got from lifeSometimes it's got to look up I choose to be like great peolple....but then it better to look down and see all thebpeople who are worse then you are.And from that Compassion you can start accepting a little bit more of yourselves with what you have...EpilepsyAnd maybe one day You will become free from it, but FORST ACCEPT YOURSELVES JUST AS YOU ARE.
