epilepsy disguised in art.

My name is Nichola Moore, I am a Fine art student at Middlesex University, England and I have epilepsy and amnesia. I find that it is not easy to express my epileptic fits in experiences and word so I use my art work to describe what happens in the hope that it will help others understand. I am carrying out a project working with other epileptic sufferers, trying to work with them and their thoughts, feelings and sensations to find a way of communicating what they experience. I hope to tell their story by producing a painting from a text that is sent to me and afterwards through discussion until we arrive at a point where the painting expresses what they feel. The communication between me and the other epileptic sufferers will be completely confidential. Once the project is complete there will be a chance for all the participants to meet together and discuss their painting and the experience of expressing their feelings. If anyone is interested please contact me on: Kknic1@yahoo.co.uk or leave a message on this forum
