Video Monitors for Infants with Seizures

Wed, 08/22/2007 - 17:10
After 9 months of keeping our son in a pack 'n play in our room at night, we really wanted to move him to his crib where he sleeps better but were obviously scared. We purchase a portable video monitor a month ago and it has helped so much! We did not want to spend the $160 on it but are so glad we did that I wanted to share with other parents who may be dealing with the fears we were. My husband saw him having a silent, staring seizure the other night in his crib. Let me know if you have any questions - I highly recommend you invest in them. Why are there no sensors for crib to detect a child seizing????
