tingling toes before seizure

Wed, 01/31/2007 - 10:36
My daughter has a tingle in her toes that started after her first seizure (attack, docs not calling them seizures yet). Some times she feels it but when she is busy she does not notice it. This tingle is also the begining of the attack she can stomp the tingle away and stop the attack until the tingle spreads past her calf. She is always aware during the full seizure type attack and she can remember. Anyone else out there with a child experiancing this. She is 9. Candy

my daughter complains of her feet "burning"..this started soon after her first seizure.she too stops her feet, jumps up and down and sometimes rubs them.for a couple of years I was told it was a side affect from her meds.now we know she is and was having sensory seizures. When daughters feet our tingling is it one or both?with sensory seizures it only affects one side at a time.Does she feel this in her hands too?every once in awhile my daughter will feel it in her hands.
