support group in delaware

Hi everyone my son had tetralogy of ballot heart repair at one month old then suffered a stroke. he was left with complex partial seizures. He has been on Keppra since then and is now 12 years old. Since the onset of puberty, he has been having breakthrough seizures I guess because of hormones. We are now up to 3300mg of Keppra and I am a nervous wreck just waiting on the next one. He won't take tablets so he is on liquid. Anybody have experience switching to tablets and crushing them? I know they are metabolized differently than the liquid but want to know if anyone had a similar experience. He suffers from complex partials. I am living in fear every day. Fear of him dying, fear of the school calling, fear of this whole thing. Where can I find support in Delaware that I can talk to other parents and get ways to deal with this?
