some who can relate please respond

i'm a 22 year old mother i have 2 children justin 19 months and janelle almost 3 months justin is perfectly healthy, janelle on the other i believe was born with seizures she hasn't been diagnose yet but has had 3 EGG's, spinal tab meobolic labs,MRI,catscann..ect niether me or my boyfriend have family history- she was born at 35'/2 weeks she is barely starting to track things, she seems to reconize my voice' not very good with lifting or moving head. also doesn't seem to feel any pain' she is currently taking pheno. and keppra has anyone been in my situation i don't know what to expect and would really like someone to relate to. now doctors want toadd toppamax to janelles meds lately she has been having seizures back to back lasting several minutes the longest was 12 min. has any other parents children have these same mixtures of meds.??

Was she able to lift her head before she started taking phenobarbital?My husband and I do not have a family history of seizures but my six year daughter has them. When she is having prolonged seizures did they give you diastat or ativan to give to her?I hope you get some answers soon.Best of luck

yes i was just given an order for diastat yesterday i'm a little nervous to administer it- the whole volume thing is scarey she has short sz's back to back lasting several minutes so i can give it to her really at anytime- if i remember right your baby was also on keppra? doc's are suggesting we try toppamax friday my daughter's s'z where discovered at 6 weeks, + premature so i wouldn't know if she was able to lift her head ;( thanks for the resond

Has your daughter been tested for a rare condition of vitamin B6 deficiency?
