Seizures from touches.

Thu, 05/26/2016 - 05:02
Hey there! I'm a carer for a teenager with pecial needs including epilepsy and brain damage. The strange issue we face daily is that my client can hace seizures (from head drops to full blown tonic-clonic) seizures just by touching an object orclothing or anything with his legs from the knees down, especially his feet. Has anyone ever dealt with this before? Anyone have any tips? We've been dealing with it for a long time, do a huge amount of prevention work to stop him touching things but its incredibly difficult as you can imagine with walking on sitting on a sofa. It can be the hardest kick one day and the tiniest touch ( and i mean minute) the next. Many thanks!
