Research

My name is Mallory Johnson and I am studying Medical Choice as a Predictor of Self-Efficacy in parents of children with a chronic illness.

When your child is diagnosed with a chronic illness, you enter into the medical world and are faced with many new choices and decisions.  If you are the parent of a child with a chronic illness, please take this 5 minute survey to participate in the research of appropriate medical care. http://medicalchoicesurvey.questionpro.com

Thank you for your time. This research is working toward gaining a better understanding of the needs of families who have children with a chronic illness and your support will be helpful in collecting valuable data.
