Memory Lapse of time for my son.

My son had a memory lapse of time today. My 18 year old daughter and I had gone to the bank and store with my daughter's boy friend, while my son was left home with my daughter's, boy friends, 19 year old friend. When I came back it was evident that my son had had a memory lapse of time. he couldn't remember if he had eaten lunch or not, but we hadn't yet, and he hadn't remembered he had been playing on the computer. He remembered riding his bike, and the next thing he remembers, is playing a play station game with the my daughter's friend. I had asked the friend, if my son had any episodes, and he said not like what you had explained before that he had had.
