Medical Alert bracelet?

Fri, 07/08/2016 - 10:53
Our 6 year old son (going into 1st grade this coming Fall) was diagnosed with right frontal lobe cortical dysplasia epilepsy when he was 19 months old. His seizures have been controlled off and on with medication. It's been almost a year since he has had his last seizure. I am wondering if any parents have their child wear some type of medical alert, like a bracelet or shoe tag. Our son goes to a small school and he is very well supervised. It is rare for him to be without an adult nearby, but as he gets older it seems like this might be something to think about? Any thoughts??
