Double cortex syndrome
Sat, 07/05/2014 - 00:49Hello, I'm also new to this my daughter just diagnose with double cortex syndrome an she is 7 years going 8 next month she start her first seizure last April, she never get sick. My husband and I still not get use to the word epilepsy she has partial seizure and it seems like when she have they keep going, as of now we still can not find the right dose with the lavetiracetam and now they add a new med. called oxcarbazepine. We need support but San Francisco only have onces a month I live in the eastbay I have only one kid and seems like your friend stay away from you. I need everyone opinion and idea or advise that would be helpful, my daughter used to be happy so happy girl positive girl now so grumpy I just want some one she can talk to same age with her so she don't feel alone.
