Does this sound like anything to be concerned about?

My lovely daughter is 3 yo. She has never been much of a sleeper; she woke every 20-30 mins until she was 2 yo. She now often sleeps til 1 or 2 am before waking which seems great to me but most 3 yo don't so this. She then wakes multiple times a d I bf her and sleep in her bed. The other night I was in her bed and woke to her having what looked like a clonic seizure. Her whole body was moving rhythmically almost like a wave. It lasted about 5 seconds but obviously I don't know ow what went on before I woke up. It was 3:30 am and I was in a deep sleep. The sound and movement of the convulsions S woke me. When she was a baby she had many tics - mainly her shoulders head and face. She then started having g what we're diagnosed as myochlonic muscle spasms. She had a 4 day eeg in hospital and it was normal. The spasms and tics stopped a year ago. Coincidence or not they stop ed after I eliminated dairy and gluten from her diet due the no allergies, eczema, hives and sleep apnea. Could this all be liked? I'm now waiting on a referral and gp wouldn't comment on what the seizure could mean. I'm now scared because it was during her sleep and she did T even wake up. Could she be having seizure regularly but I never knew, even though eeg was normal? Could this be why she wakes so frequently at night? The night if this seizure she had also woken at 8:30 pm crying and was sweating. She wasn't sick and had no fever. Any info much appreciated!
