Advice needed please for four year old son

My son has been like this since yesterday. Not sure what is causing this except maybe overstimulation watching cartoons on his tablet,but he wasn't watching anything in the car and it happened there. Started blinking facial twitching goes from happy to whiny sweat pouring said sick and gets extremely tired. Earlier we couldn't find him it got really quiet,I looked and he was sitting on the floor staring at TV fidgeting with his hands did not respond to verbal or physical touch, immediately started sweating and got sleepy. This has happened four times since seven tonight. Is now extremely thirsty,his heart is beating fast like he is scared or something. Has not been asleep yet. This sound behavioral or seizure like? Thanks so much yall.
