Abdominal pain before seizure

Sat, 11/14/2015 - 07:20

My daughter (12) has been taken to the ER twice with severe abdominal pain but the Drs cannot find a cause for the pain.  Sonogram, XRay and blood work have been done but revealing nothing.  This pain lasts for about 2 hrs then disappears leaving her extremely sleepy and confused.  Could this be an aura to her seizures (CPS)?  I have asked her dr but he just brushes it off and says take nexium.  I would rather know the cause of the pain then just add more meds to her body.  She is currently taking Lamictal.  Thanks for your help, Carrie
